Appelt & Wieland in Unterschleißheim offers a modern vocational training programme at a tax consultancy firm with intensive work on DATEV software and other digital tools. Trainees receive professional development through DATEV seminars and are intended to be taken on long-term as colleagues. The training allowance follows the recommendation of the Munich Chamber of Tax Advisers and has been, since the 2023 training year, 1400 euros per month in the first year, 1450 euros in the second and 1500 euros in the third.
