Autohaus Baumer trains automotive mechatronics technicians at its Abensberg location. Trainees learn to analyse, maintain and repair vehicles using modern diagnostic and testing technology as well as laptops and tablets, and to retrofit special equipment. After repair or conversion work, they check functions and compliance with road traffic regulations. The apprenticeship is integrated into the workshop of the regional car dealership with service, bodywork and vehicle sales.
